Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By using the services of our Property Rental Company, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include, but are not limited to, renting properties for events or overnight stays.

2. Booking

To confirm a booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Bookings are considered confirmed when we have received payment and issued a confirmation email.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy applies to bookings of fewer than 28 consecutive nights. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. If a cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before check-in, guests will be charged 50% for all nights. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will result in a charge of 100% for all nights.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please respect these times as they ensure efficient operations and preparation for incoming guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

5. Occupancy

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests are permitted. The property should not exceed the number of guests specified in the booking.

6. Property Use

The property should be used for residential purposes only unless explicitly booked for an event or party. No parties or events are allowed unless the property has been specifically rented for this purpose, and all event/parties must adhere to our guidelines. Any illegal activities or behavior causing nuisance or disturbance to neighbors is strictly prohibited. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

7. House Rules

Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Noise curfew must be respected to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Furniture should not be rearranged. All dishes should be cleaned and trash should be taken out before departure.

8. Damage and Loss

Guests are required to pay a $2000 refundable Security Deposit. This covers any accidental damage that might occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear. Damage costs exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the guest.

9. Children and Pets

The properties are suitable for children five (5) and up. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the property listing. If pets are allowed, it is the responsibility of the guest to clean up after their pet.

10. Liability

The Property Rental Company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
