Cancel / Prepayment

  • The standard cancellation policy applies to booking fewer than 28 consecutive nights.
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before check-in, guests will be charged 50% for all nights. If cancellation occurs after that, guest will be charged 100% for all nights.

  • A $2000 refundable Security Deposit is required.
  • Suitable for children five (5) and up.
  • No unregistered guests are allowed.
  • Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  • Please respect the noise curfew.
  • Please respect check-in and check-out times.
  • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
  • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
  • Please don't rearrange the furniture.
  • Please do your dishes.
  • Please take the trash out before you leave.
  • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
